My name is Balencia Stallings and I'm a creative and self-motivated Instructional Designer. I possess the expertise to design, develop and deliver effective training programs, working with all levels of an organization. 

Having worked as a Project Coordinator, I have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while working as part of a team or autonomously. I partner with clients to help design, develop, and implement learning that will change behaviors and improve performance outcomes for its staff.
