About Me
As a lifelong learner, I am continuously upgrading my skills as an Instructional Designer. In my free time, I engage in professional development opportunities, such as online courses, webinars, and hands-on projects. I stay current with the latest trends in e-Learning and digital education. My experience with innovative tools like Camtasia, Articulate Storyline, and Articulate Rise, along with my commitment to applying adult learning principles, enhances my ability to design immersive, learner-centered experiences. This ongoing learning journey sharpens my technical and design skills and strengthens my resolve to make a meaningful impact in the field of Instructional Design.
In my current role as a Special Projects Coordinator, I design and deliver comprehensive training programs that drive professional growth and empower our team. I ensure that every project aligns with our agency goals and fosters a continuous culture of development and success.
Helping people is part of my DNA. Being able to pour into and teach others brings me great joy. I am always seeking to challenge and push myself. When the opportunity to join the Applied Instructional Design Academy (AIDA) presented itself, I jumped at this chance. I love being able to design and develop interactive and engaging content. I am equipped and prepared to work with you.

My Instructional Design Process
Analyze
In this phase, I will meet with all stakeholders to determine what the target audience needs are and if there are any gaps. I also assist the SMEs and stakeholders with establishing objectives, learning more about the target audience, and the business goals. To offer and deliver the best training, I will perform research on the product that will be most effective while also utilizing adult learning theory and educational design theory.
Design
In the design phase, I am flexible and adaptable to any feedback and/or changes. Trust among all parties involved is vital to delivering an end product that meets the goal of a project. I will take the information obtained from all parties involved and utilize the instructional design theories to create an engaging and purposeful learning solution.
Development
In this phase, I will build the learning solution using the course materials obtained in the desired module of the client.
Evaluation
In the final stage, the finished customized product is delivered to the client having gone through an alpha, beta, and gold stage of revision.
